This Month Seal Campaign Started The annual Christmas Seal Campaign, source of funding for the many Christmas Seal pro- jects around the province, began Nov. 1 with a mailing of 160,000 Christmas Seal appeal jletters to homes throughout ‘British Columbia. The initial mailing will be followed Nov. 19 with another mailing of ap- proximately 950,000 househol- der appeal letters to every home in the province.
