Hardly a days goes by without at least one catalogue, brochure or other mailing piece in the mailbox. These come from ail across the counry, with a large portion originating in the eastern prov- inces. They are all full of pictures, many of them. beautifully colored, and claiming merchandise at the lowest price J and Sepa i prices, then showing another price which is called “wholesale,” but it is the cus- tomer who thinks he’s saving that suffers. Let’s face the facts as they really are. Nobody but nobody can sell at wholesale prices, offer the same services and faetilities as the legitimate retailer and still stay in business. Everyone is anywhere.
