The Village of Silverton has filled oll its positions by acclamation with a former Kootenay-West MP, Ran Har- ding, filling the one year left in the mayor's term made vacant with the resignation of Bob Fairhaurst. Filling the two council positions are incumbent Sam Ott, who is retired, and me- ehanic Allan Laktin. Colleen Pownall, housewife, is to fill the position on the school board.
