Funeral Service Today For H.F. Memorial service is being held at 2 p.m. today in St. David's Church in Castlegar for Herbert Fraser Dow, 67, .who died suddenly at Hope, B.C. on Friday. Mr. Dow was born in Edmonton, Alta. on April 24, 1912 and, in the 20s, moved to Regina, Sask. where he re- _ ceived his education. In 1941 he moved to Vancouver and mar- ried in that city.
