The campsite was es- tablished and is still operated by the United Church pres- bytery, but is open to people of all faiths. Last year there were three successful camps: one family, one boys (age nine to 12) and one girls (age nine to 12). Family camp was a new concept in camping and proved to be successful. It provided a unique camping experience for the entire family. Each family had its own cabin and freedom to timetable its activities to suit its own needs. The congenial group of campers did meet regularly for meals which were provided by cocks, so that it was a real holiday for mother, too. Other activities included brief chapel services, super- vised waterfront activities, sports, boating, hiking, crafts, fishing and campfire get-togethers. The children's camps were directed camps with cabin supervision provided by older cabin leaders and a camp director who coordin- ated? all activities. Again, camp life included many acti-° vities such as handicrafts, nature lore, sports, boating, canoeing and supervised pies the camps are planned for the following dates: family camp: July 13 to 19; boy's camp: July-20 to 26; and girl's camp: July 27 to Aug. 2.
