Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 794, 1990

NOTICE is hereby given that the Regional Board of the Regional
District of Central Kootenay, in accordance with section 956 (4)
of the Municipal Act, resolved to waive the public hearing
requirement in conjunction with Bylaw No. 794, 1990.

The intent of Bylaw No. 794 is to amend Zoning Bylaw No. 422,
1984, Electoral Area ‘J’ by rezoning portions of Lot A, District Lot
7163, Kootenay District, Plan 11926, except Plan 14528 (see map
