There are two things about which we should never worry; the things that we cannot help, and the things that we can help. There is no use in worrying about that which is beyond our control, for our fretting can not alter that which inevitably will be. To waste time and effort worrying about that which we can do something about, is to | squander the very moments that could better be spent in soiving those care-producing situations.
