The maintenance of the linoleum in
the new schools was discussed and the
secretary instructed to purchase a lar
ge floor polisher.

Mr. White reported the survey on the
road‘to Kinnaird school has been com—
pleted.

A delegation from Kinnaird to discuss
the transportation problem was heard,
they felt the children were away from
home too long and felt if a new bu
was the solution the Kinnaird restaentel
would not hesitate to approve the exp-
enditure. The secretary stated trans—
portation was to be discussed at the
meeting as we were at present over-
loaded, this being the first meeting
since school opening we had endeavored
to accomodate all concerned Veneta Ly
until this meeting.

Mr.. Humphries assured the delegation
‘the bus situation would be attended to
and given consideration, he also thank
ed. the delegation for attending the
meeting and presenting their case. The
delegation thanked the board“ and stated
they realised the problems were numer-
ous and appreciated the boards efforts.
