In the past we have had the occasional agreement with our parents and teachers amidst the usual array of disagreements, We have laughed, when for example we were successful in our attempts at skipping out of classes and we have cried when, for exam- ple, we have received the mark of an exam that we forgot to or just did not want to study for. Yet through all of this we have emerged, hopefully, more knowledgeable than when we started. That which we have learned may have taken the form of text-book knowledge or perhaps just the knowledge of how to get along and to Tespect one's peers. pana “| This, however, would not have been possible without the help of two main groups: of people; our parents and our teachers, Both of these groups have given us immeasurable help and guidance during the past 12 years. ‘Therefore, on behalf of the graduation class of 76, I wish to extend our sincerest thanks to all our parents and teachers, Though graduation is a% time of celebration ‘and of | expectation, it is a time of. sadness as well. For there is the leaving of friends that we have been very close to during these past years at school. Hopefully, we shall still keep in contact with the friends we have today while we develop new friend- ships in the future. SALES & SERVICE CARTER’S SEWING CENTRE 703-7th Ave., 5, Castlegar, B.C.
