Brothers Meets Kinnaird Council To Mscuss Problems A meeting was held recently between Rosstand-Trail MLA Donald Brothers and the council’ of the Village of Kinnaird to ac quaint Mr. Brothers with prob lems faced by the village prior, to the MLA leaving for the new sitting of the Legislature which starts Jan, 28. Council and Mr. Brothers discussed the water run-off on land above the new highway through the village.
