tizing meals such as: Creamy Chicken Fettucini; oven roast turkey; New York Steak;
nine different kinds of pancakes; eight different waffles; gourmet burgers and much,

A guest can complete their meal with a choice of fresh and mouth watering
desserts which are prepared daily on the premises. The dessert menu includes a vari
ety of pies, cakes, tarts and squares, and always use fresh ‘fruits which are in season

If, by some obscure chance Smitty's menu doesn’t offer what you have been hanker
ing for, Geoff said he, Kim, or his well-trained staff is willing to prepare any dish pro
vided the ingredients are available

“We don’t like the word “no”. If it is not on our menu, we will try to meet any
request.”

Geoff and his staff are sincere with their desire to serve their guests—and on occa
sion even their guest’s pets

“A guest came in once and wanted a steak cookéd for his pet, and we did it.”

Geoff, Kim and Smitty’s Kitchen Manager, Troy Fridgen\ are rightfully proud of the

“We are committed to making excellent food which is served attractively at all
times,” said Troy

Smitty’s also features daily specials, and caters to in-house banquets, and is able
to accemmodate large groups. The restaurant seats 124 guests, the lounge seats 36
guests, while the banquet room is able to seat 240 gue SB,
