THE CORPORATION OF THE ‘VILLAGE OF KINNAIRD:

‘BYLAW NO. 179

Being a bylaw of the Corporation of the Village
- of Kinnaird, hereinafter referred to as the “Cor-

poration” -to authorize the establishment of a

sewerage system and the acquisition of the sew-

erage system servicing Woodland Park within
the Village. of Kinnaird.

WHEREAS it is deemed desirable and expedient to
establish, a sewerage system and in that behalf to author-
ize the council to acquire the sewerage system in Wood-
land Park, owned and operated by Prince Rupert Con-

struction Limited and to pay for the same, as hereinafter ES

provided, a sum not ding $84,698.85;
AND WHEREAS the existing debenture debt of the
Corporation: is $298,000.00 only, and none of the peinel:
pal and interest is in arrears;
