Speaking will be Dan iver, the Tomorrow’s Tarrys Elementary School students got the opportunity to explore the world beyond the classroom Wednesday, March 25 during their first annual science fair. - According to Tarrys teacher Brian Wood, activities such as this “develop problem solving skills and an interest in the scientific and technological world.” Stacey Tarasoff (above) proves that oil spills hurt marine wildlife with her project. Wood said this project also developed an overall excitement for learning, and got more parents involved with kids schooling, “something that never hurts.” Themes this year centered mainly on the environment, but exhibits included a working model of a lung and a collection of model dinosaurs.
