The Ward’s took at least a half an hour to climb one of them. The tour guide tells anyone who accomplishes this, you can now say, ‘I’m Chinese’. Dr. Ward was given a hearty vote of thanks and a so- cial hour was enjoyed. This was LaDell Lipsett’s last duty as social convener. She resigned at the end of 1991.
