Fleetwood Mac was founded by Mick Fleetwood and John MeVie, who for- merly played with John ‘Mayall's Bluesbreakers back tin the early sixties. That ‘provided the blues roots that iwere evident in the Then ;Play On, Kiln House, and lack Magic Woman. At this itime, there were no female performers in the band, and : the majority of the composi- ‘tions were provided by Jer- jemy Spencer, Peter Green, ‘and Danny Kirwan.
