Oglow, 62, was charged after the truck he was driving was in collision with a ear driven by Michael A, Livingstone, 46, also of Castle- gar. The truck, owned by Oglow Bros. Building and Supply, sustained $300 damage while Mr. Livingstone’s 1971 Hornet sustained over an estimated $1,000 damage. District No. 9, particularly those at the two secondary schools—Stanley Humphries and Kinnaird Junior—has prompted the board of trustees to inquire of Kinnaird council into the establishment of alternate playfields on the 21-acre Civie Centre site. The board suggests play- fields be made available to the schools and community groups until such a time as council is ready to commence construc- tion of its proposed facilities. Cold mix had been placed into potholes earlier that day but council wants a letter written to highways superin- tendent R. E.
