During the signing of the register, a beautiful Russian love song, Heart, was rendered by Paul . a friend of the family. The bride wore a gown of imported satin-embroidered bridal lace over a white satin underlay. The bodice fea- tured 4 high collar and sheer yoke trimmed with embroid- ered flowers. The front and back of the sleeves had inserts of satin pleats ending at the elbow which complemented the sa- tin peplum at the back waist of the gown. The sleeves tapered in towards the wrist and were accented with pearl buttons. A softly gathered skirt featured a point at the front and was edged with a scal- loped hemline. A nylon shawl embroidered with white sat- in, pearl earrings and white satin shoes completed her wedding ensemble. The bride carried a bouquet of gar- denias, stephanotis and baby’s breath.
