MOORE, MAYOR vests kau » > eee ROLE TERPIN Dw S THE 1989 CASTLEGAR AQUANAUTS For over 28 years the Castlegar Aquanauts Swim Club has shaped the lives of many of the area's children and adults. While teaching them the basic lifeskill of swimming, the club has also instilled a sense of accomplishment, team spirit and fair play. The summer of 1989 will see the last swim meet to be held at the Bob Brandson Pool While swimming out of one of the smallest pools in the region, the club has an outstanding record of producing regional and provincial champions. The new pool now under construc tion with its larger area and superior facilities should ‘quality’ athletes. This year the club has 115 swimmers in age from Invitational Meet is the fifth on a schedule of eight re; Provincial Championships to be held in Kamloops August VAUGHAN WELYCHKO.
