NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on
Wednesday, November 8, 1989, at 7:00 p.m., at Brilliant Com-
munity Hall, Brilliant, B.C., to receive representations from all
persons who deem it in their interest to make representations
regarding a PROPOSED AMENDMENT to Zoning Bylaw No. 310,
1980, defined areas of Electoral Area ‘I

BYLAW No. 758, 1989

The intent of Bylaw No. 758, 1989 is to amend Zoning Bylaw No.
310, 1980, by amending Section 2.7.4 by deleting “(1) The
minimum site area required is 1 ha.", and replacing with “(1)
The minimum site area required is 4000 m?." This amendment
will permit future subdivision of Lot 7, District Lot 4598, Plan
2952, except Plan 17440, Kootenay District, located on Gorkoft
Road, Brilliant to accommodate development of a planer and
resaw facility. Note: This amendment will allow a mirimum lot
size of 4000 m’, subject to compliance with the requirements of
the Ministry of Health, on all Industrial Il (M-2) properties under
Zoning Bylaw 310. (See map below.)
