native abilities of Mr. Rust, but also to the
electors of Kinnaird who have voted to
put such men as Mr. Rust and village
chairman Carl Loeblich at the reigns of
local government,
‘\ Mr. Loeblich, of course, as chairman
of.the Association of Kootenay and Boun-
dary Municipalities and as representative
of all B.C. villages on the executive of the
Union of ‘B.C. Municipalities is utilizing
his? knowledge and enthusiasm at levels
beyond the ‘immediate scene.’ With eight
years of experience in office to call on,
undoubtedely his vice is one that is both
