BYLAW 532

The intent of Bylaw 532 is to amend Schedule “A” of City of
Castlegar Zoning Bylaw 160, being the Zoning Map, to change
the zoning designation of Lot C, District Lot 181, Plan 6732
Kootenay District (661 Fifth Avenue) from RR1 — Rural to R4
Multi-Family Residential

The\intent of Bylaw 534 is to amend Schedule 1 (Community
ot Official Community Plan Bylaw 509 by changing the
designation of those properties shown shaded on the following
1975, 1982, 1983, 1990, 1991, 1998, 1999 and
jmbia Avenue; 1960 and 1968 Sixth Avenue; and 605
Twentieth Street) from SF Single Family to SER — Service Com
mercial and by changing the designation of that property shown
in heavy black on the following plan (1995 Sixth Avenue) trom
PRI — Parks, Recreation and Institutional to SER — Service
Commercial. This bylaw also amends Bylaw 509 by adding 2
land uses in SER — Service Commercial designated areas

The intent of Bylaw 535 is to amend Schedule “A of City of
Castlegar Zoning Bylaw 160, being the Zoning Map to change
the zoning designation of the south-east 150 feet of Block C (ex
cept S.E. 100 feet), Plan 2104, District Lot 7173, Kootenay
District; Parcel A (see 82696-1), Plan 2104, District Lot 7173.
Kootenay District; and Block D, Plan 2104 District Lot 7173
Kootenay District (1974, 1982 and 1990 Columbia Avenue) from
R} — Single Family Residential to C3 — Highway Commercial
This bylaw will also amend Zoning Bylaw 160 by adding 4 per
mitted uses to the C2 Comprehensive Commercial and C3
Highway Commercial and prescribing screening
requirements for these additional uses
