Over 50 children and an equal number of parents took part in the free event on a beautiful warm day. There were many activities for the children. Things started with the children making bunny ears, east- er-baskets and getting their faces painted like bunnies. Next came the races, like the bunny bag hop and easter eggs on a spoon., After that there was a delicious bunny snack of carrot sticks and celery. The children then went for a bunny hop along the bunny trail around the park and finished off the event with an easter egg hunt. There was also a display of everyone's favorite bunny toy and a few souls flew their kites around the park.
