Some say that they will go to their children because they cannot live in this house and they wait every day for a son or daughter or grandchild. But nobody ever comes to take them along. ‘And those who are alone and have no children always say that they will never come. Some come to visit us, in the evenings or on Sundays. The walk around in the garden and talk or sit on benches and then drive away again. We will get out of this place only to be moved to the cemetery or perhaps sometimes to hospital. But when a person is brought to the hospital, we consider him/her as dead because seldom a person returns from hospital to this place. Now I am tired, I have to rest and end this letter.
