A social meeting of the
Sons of Norway, Nordic Lodge
No. 76, was held in the Nordic
Hall on Friday evening with
members from the entire dist-
rict in attendance.

Mr. and Mrs, Karl Sandahl,
members of Nordic Lodge, New
Westminister, Mr. and Mrs. T.
Ewendsen of Nelson, as well
as several other interested
guests were also present.

The highlight of the even-
ing was the showing of movies
and ‘slides by Mrs. Ivor Reins-
bakken of her trip to her home-
land in the Trondelag area of
Norway last summer.

Recordings by famous Nor-
wegian singers and bands form-
ed a‘fitting musical background
while the traditional foods were
being served at midnight.
