POLICE COURT NEWS
On. November 10th in the Provincial
od Court, Castlegar, Will&am Doot-
ae appeared before Stipendary Magist-
Stenley Humphries on a charge un-
der Section 60 (3), failing to submit
a written accident report. To this
charge he pleaded guilty and the court
amposed a fine of $2.00 and $4.50 costg

On November 10th, Charles Richard Field
of frail appeared under Section 285 (6
,ariving in a manner dangerous. to the
public. ‘fo this charge he pleaded gui-
ity and the Court imposed a fine of
$20200 and $4.50 costs.

On November 10th Arthur H. Wolfe of
Trail appeared on two separate charges
