The dog poieoner is still abroad. Sev- eral more dogs have been thrown into convulsions by the vandal’s work, and asa result have shuddered a few min- utes, stiffened out their limbs and keeled over dead. One of the last of the valu- able dogs to succumb was one belonging to Geo. Fraser. Mr. Fraser had pur- chased a fine silver collar for the dog and was very fond of him.
