In every language and in
every culture, man inthe
fullest capacity of his being
expresses exuberant joy
when something (Breat has

+ happened; experiences re-

corded in history testify to
this, for all-men to share. °

God Our Father rejoices
at the birth of His Son;
angels praise God by singing
and announcing the birth of
Jesus Christ.

It is with ‘deep faith ,

rooted in love, that leads us
into the. joyful celebration;
the anniversary birthday of
the promised Messiah.

God always keeps’ His
promise; He will no longer
communicate with: man with
anyone less that Himself;
Jesus His Son is both’ God
and Man.

Events will now happen.

‘which the world has never

experienced before. A new
Covanent is in the making; it
has already begun. Jesus, the
only begotten son of the
Father, will. open up new.
highways, to-lead al! men out
of darkness into the fullness
of light, if man will follow.
His mission will be dif-

ficult. and painful; it will

eventually cost Him | the

* sacredness of His life; that

He is prepared to give; and
will give in defence of truth,
holiness, justice and love. -

He will not-only be put to
the test, but all His followers
will experience similar test-
ing and trials.

His message of love,
peace, justice and goodness
will bé the same for all the
people of God. His sacred
presence among. man will
attract people from all walks

_ of life, His gentleness, com-
passion and mercy will never -

cease in the daily exercise of
His ministry.

Sinners, taxepllectors, it
makes no difference; He is
the friend of all. He goes out
of His way to heal the
wounds ‘of. the broken-
hearted and to lead all sin-
nera back to God.:

We are the inheritants
and recipients of His redemp-
tion. We have a priceless
legacy; to build ourselves and
anew world, ‘after . the
fashion and standards set by
Jesus Christ, Let us -begin
today by restructuring our

lives and rebuilding the King- f

dom,
