have undergone training by
local Police to identify and

these CREA crime prevention
programs are free of charge to
the . community. These
initiatives were designed to
utilize the real estate industry’s
human resources in the most
practical way, by capitalizing
on a REALTOR’s inherent
proximity to homeowners and

endangering themselves or

The other program, Realty
Watch: HOME SECURITY,
was launched earlier this
summer and is gaining a
foothold in more than 200
communities across Canada.

Again through assistance and
training from local and regional
constabularies. REALTORS are
given the knowledge to educate
home-owners on the basic and
