ing that last year's extreme
economic circumstances had a
tremendous impact on thelr
members’ credit behavior.

Mr. Heitmann told the
meeting “loan granting author-
ity to the Credit Officer was
inereased by the board from
$25,000 to $50,000 to speed up

meeting that Kootenay Sav-
ings’ assets increased by $2.57
