Joy has always been a first

gift in the history of man: God,
the Creator of man, Himself
becomes a man in the person of
Jesus Christ!

Weighed down as we may
be with the world of sin, we
look beyond the whole mess we
have made of things and under-
stand that God has given us in
Christ the possibility of a new
creation.

genuine spiritual joy, and its
inseparable from Christmas,
Joy does not deny the existence
