pursuant to the authority vested in the undersigned by the BRITISH
COLUMBIA SPORT FISHING REGULATIONS made thereunder,
notice is hereby given that

“1. Item (c) of Fisheries Public Notice No. 92-28, issued March
30, 1992 at Victoria, B.C. is revoked; and

2. effective immediately and until further notice the daily
catch quota for kokanee in Kootenay Lake is varied to five
(5) of which not more than two (2) may exceed 25 cm. in
overall (fork) length and of which none may be taken from
the Upper. West Arm being that part from a line between
signs on opposite shores at Balfour Point and Proctor
Lighthouse west to McDonalds Landing.”
