If a way could be found to unite the aspirations, beliefs and efforts of all the peoples of the world, all other problems would soon be solved. It taught him that the powerful force of religion, shorn ofits superstitions and dogmas, was such a way. The Bahaii Faith, he became convinced, was such a religion. Robarts will beat the Hi Arrow on Wednesday evening to speak to the members of the Baha'i as they embark on a national effort to make their faith better known. Perhaps, few are better qualified to talk about teaching the Baha'i Faith than, John Robarts. Then in 1953, Robarts left a very comfortable life in Toronto and a successful busi- ness career with the London Life Insurance Co., and, along with his wife Audrey and two of their four children, moved to Africa. Since the Baha'i Faith had no paid missionaries, the Ro- barts and their children had to start all over again from scratch, The ideal of unity as en- visaged by the Baha'i Faith is not some vague hope, but the logical conclusion of an his- torical process begun thousands of years ago. The Baha'i Faith teaches that mankind as a whole grows and evolves in much the same way as an indi- vidual. TAKLA FOREST PRODUCTS LIMITED requires INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIANS. While many persons would be quick to the opportunity to say they are related to the new Pope John Paul II, one Castle- ger resident is very reluctant to do 20. John Woytella, whose fath- er camo from Wadowice, Po- land, admits there is a possi- bility that he could be a first cousin, Woytella’s father origin- ally bore the name Joseph New Pope Wojtyla, the same as the Pope. After coming to Canada in the early 1900s the surname took on the spelling of Woytella. Woytella is the last of his family, having already lost his only brother and sister. He still lives in Castlegar in the home of his parents, of whom he took care until their passing a number of years ago. He saw a picture of Pope John Paul I only once, when he was a cardinal, The physical likeness to his family was auch that he regreted his parents were not alive to answer many questions he has had as to his father's people and their chil- dren who remained in Poland. When asked whea the office would be fully inte Switzer said that while processes may still be .under revision, he expects the t office to be well along the way to full integration by March April of 1979. “The simplifiea- tion of paperwork required for clients will start i diately but a foll blending of two large government depirtments re quires that careful considera- tion be given to all aspects of the int tion proc * Another result of the one- stop centre for employment and unemployment insurance ser- should be quicker set girs and Grand Forks areas, es that while ients during the the’ Trail Centre plications for un- employment i ad will handle any enq hat wait until Mond there will be no change in telepboue numbers for unem- ployment insurance enquiries or for @mployment services, move on i. _ Check these prime examples" Inctudes furnishings, normal delivery & set up 24 x 40 Monarch Double Wide Serlel No. 6408, ‘Wee $26,900 Ail this for ry « fully -___ $34,900 -- answer To Puzzle on Page 82 d setup Atonly, {112 beceean 12x68 clean, on Tooalionneer Cestioger. “161972 12 x 60 2 bedroom on our lot.
