gar and to the press, Mr. Syl-
vest's letter follows:
Dear Sir: i
Our village council recently
rezoned a corner grocery store
at Fourth and Pine from’ its
“non-conforming status in a re-
sidential area” to “full commer-
cial standing.” This- was done
