Grunerud in the chair and 20 members —-fJand one visitor present. The meeting opened with the Club Women's Creed, then devotional period was taken by Mrs. L. Theede, who re- ad the scripture reading and Mrs. Le Morey who read the lesson for the day in. the "Upper Roon" and a poem "At Eventide". The convenor of the visiting commi- | ttee, Mrs. W. Easton reported 2 visits made during the month. Mrs. J. Deans, convenor of the sew- ing committee, reported a small sum of-money left on hand and that it was ner intention to purchase goods for aprons to make up. for the fall bazaar. The evenings business dealt largely with the allotting of committees etc. for the forthcoming turkey dinner.
