including campgrounds within seVeral provincial parks in the West Kootenay District

Potential proponents are advised that
a) Parks lands, facilities and resources shall remain in the ownership of the province
b) Any or all proposals will not necessarily be accepted
c) The proposal package will be available on April 18, 1989 and will require a $50 non
